A human trait and sometimes condition. You are not alone, bad, broken or whatever label others have placed on you. None of that helps. The focus here learning what parts of you need, enjoy, require or similar energies the behavior that other parts of you no longer desire. We are not meant to do this alone and will power is often not enough – because you have many habits. If you smoke for example, you don’t have one smoking habit but many. And hypnosis can address all parts, bringing them together to serve all of you.

Programs will vary, are customized based on an intake session that defines goals and a plan. In general most packages will include a combination of in person (skype or phone too) sessions with personalized recordings.

Addictive behaviors include gambling, social media, gaming or technology addictions.  If you are dealing with alcohol, marijuana or other prescription drug addictions you must be sober and drug free to benefit from hypnosis. If food is your addiction, depending on the circumstances we may work in tandem with nutritionist, medical doctors or psychiatrists.
